Now Open: Trappist Provisions, Wine Kitchen, Naked Lunch, Pizza Moda

It was a busy week for restaurant openings. In addition to Ramen Shop in Oakland, Trick Dog, HRD Smokin Grill and Rosamunde, here are a few more to add to your count:

Trappist Provisions is now open in Oakland, but this time the folks behind Old Oakland’s Trappist have tapped (har) the Rockridge District. It’s billed as a specialty beer cafe and bottle shop, with 9 taps and 99 bottles of beer on the wall. 6309 College Ave., Oakland; (510) 594-2339 or thetrappist.com. Open daily 10 a.m. – 12 a.m.

Wine Kitchen opened this week on Divisadero, across the street from Nopa and slightly southbound. Haighteration has a nice preview: “With Wine Kitchen, owners Greg Faucette and Jason Limburg wanted to create a casual neighborhood wine bar and small plates restaurant.” On the menu (click here to view) are wine bar snacks, plus some larger ones like pork belly sliders and hot sauce-soaked sweetbreads. 507 Divisadero, between Hayes and Fell. Naked Lunch, the restaurant and pub, officially opens tonight. Most of the details on the Naked Lunch resuscitation of the former Txoko space were shared earlier this week, so we’ll refer you there for more details. 504 Broadway, near Columbus and Kearny; (415) 577-4951 or nakedlunchsf.com. Open Tuesday-Sunday, 11:30 a.m. – late.

Pizza Moda. Elsewhere in the East Bay, Pizza Moda is open in the former Divino and Fellini space. As you can surmise, it’s a pizza joint, with a few other pastas and starters.
